* Each new membership is entitled to a complimentary Club Transition Training session. Subsequent sessions cost $10
Membership forms are also available at any club “monthly transition training session”, or by contacting us via the link at the top. Payment can be made by cheque, money order or EFT and the details are attached to the form.
